Exactly what we were looking for... a charming, kid-friendly bottom floor level in a picturesque valley. Flowers and porch swings throughout the grounds, a sparkling saltwater pool, and most importantly, friendly, sweet, generous hosts. Wonderful beds, a tiny but very well stocked kitchen, and calm, relaxing atmosphere. Thank you so much, Roger and Debbie!

Hosts were EXTREMELY friendly, welcoming, and quick to respond. The place was perfect location and had everything we needed. Wish the pictures and description of the kitchen was a bit clearer but we made it work! My only suggestion is to bring things that would fit a camper sized fridge and oven. The pool was the highlight of the trip. Pet friendly, too! Would definitely stay here again!

The place was dirty. There were burrs on the pullout beds when my granddaughters would have slept, hair and stuff on the toilet, no cookware to be able to cook. The refrigerator was dirty and the owner was singing karaoke above us so my granddaughters could not take a nap and his wife was sitting on a swing and every move we made she was calling him and we did not like being watched like we were, we felt like we were two years old with a babysitter . There are cameras everywhere, so you are under constant surveillance, and they constantly watched it. We literally sacrificed the 1750 because they refused to return any money and rented another place.

Rodger and Debra have a really special place. It's a beautiful property, and they are extremely kind. I would absolutely stay here again. As far as location, I really loved where we were. A couple minutes from Paw Paw's catfish, which we all highly recommend now, plus a short drive to pigeon forge on more of a back road so there's not so much traffic. We really loved our stay. The house is beautiful, the porch swings are lovely, and the property owners are invested in making sure you have a nice time. If you have the chance, stay here!

Better than we could have imagined!

Debbie and Roger were dream hosts. Our experience was theirntop priority. The location is perfect, and the property itself was better than pictured/described. This was our best vacation yet, and a large part of that was due to our experience at Seven Swings!
