Beautiful house in a great neighborhood! The Pool and hot tub were great for our party (kids loved the pool, grandparents loved the hot tub)! The location on Davis island was very convenient for trip, and Cheryl our host was amazingly accommodating--not too much nor too little correspondence. This was really a perfect getaway, thank you!

wonderful family time and great memories created here!

We stayed here for spring break with our adult children & loved it! We had originally booked a place with four bedrooms on the water. They canceled the day of our arrival & Cheryl was great to respond to our request so quickly. We found we absolutely loved the quiet backyard with pool, hot tub, and Firetable!quiet and safe neighborhood with so many places in a short walking or driving distance.Cheryl was excellent in responding to our questions efficiently. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable to sleep in.

Such a great stay! The house was very clean and had SOO much character, loved everything about it. The location was perfect, very close to U Tampa where we were for parents weekend. The hosts were more than accommodating and very responsive to our questions. Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed.
