The full kitchen offers everything needed for a quick snack or a complete meal! Bedrooms each boast a king size bed and 43" Televisions with cable and Roku. The patio entertaining area and kitchen also each sport a 55" TV, and a 65" graces the large updated Livingroom! Walk to Main Street for some shopping, wine tasting and dinner, then take a stroll back to enjoy a fire on the patio! A perfect ending to a perfect stay!

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

This is a beautiful, clean large home. It is a quiet area but close to Main St. the finishes are wonderful. We could not enjoy the backyard to warm and burn ban but we would love to return when it is cooler. It appears they have thought of every need you may have. We are already planning our next trip.

We just stayed here with two other couples and the house was perfect! Open and spacious but the bedrooms were private and welcoming. The best beds I've ever had in a rental! Huge covered patio with fireplace. We can't wait to come back!

Among the very best homes we’ve rented, for many reasons. What you see in the pictures in what you get, and better. The 4 bedrooms are comfortable in size as are the bathrooms. The kitchen area was well-appointed and made for ideal space to prepare meals and enjoy them onsite. The outdoor space was such a blessing. We spent a lot of time there and, with a 6-yr old, it was easy for her to work off energy while we could keep an eye out. Especially loved storm watching one evening with the gas fireplace going. The communications were thorough and prompt. Plenty of supplies and a laundry room was a plus. Easy walking access to Main St. and able to get to wineries and breweries in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful 4 bed/3 bath home. The backyard patio was a perfect gathering spot for the four couples. 3Ten is in a very quiet location just a few blocks off the busy main street. The home floor plan is great for girls trip or couples with each room having a king size bed. TWo of the bedrooms have private baths and the other two bedrooms share a bath. The kitchen is large and can accommodate everyone in the house around the large island. The outdoor patio was a great place for us to sit after walking the streets all day. So all in all I would highly recommend this home. There was a bit of an issue trying to work the thermostat but we figured it out for the most part with the help of the maintenance man. And the Wifi would go in and out. The response time when we called for help was immediate and the maintenance man even left and brought us back some kleenex since all the rooms were low.

This house was perfect for us for a group couples trip. Right in town close to everything. House is beautiful and the attention to detail is SO good. We loved playing shuffleboard while hanging out in the open kitchen/living space. Would absolutely stay here again.
