This place was exactly as described and we had a great stay! The location was perfect — just a quick walk across the street to the slopes, which made everything so convenient. We’ve stayed in a lot of vacation rentals over the years, and this was easily one of the cleanest we’ve experienced. The space was also super cute aesthetically, and we loved being able to enjoy the view from the porch. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would absolutely come back!

Exceptional Property!

We loved our time at First Chair at Fraser Crossing. The condo was the perfect size, very spacious and well appointed. The furniture was in excellent condition and very comfortable. The bed was comfortable.We enjoyed the hot tub being steps away and the gondola was only a 5 minute walk from the entrance. The laundry room was convenient also and we used it twice.Communication with management was excellent and fast. We will stay here again.

Nice spot close to the slopes. Has everything you need, but would not call it luxury. Not a lot of natural light, but it doesn't matter if you are skiing. Management was responsive.

A lot of perks - great location, good size for a family of 4, competitive price and the parking garage and lockers were convenient. We arrived 45 minutes before check-in as well and were able to be let into the room, which was nice.We did have some trouble with the very long door code. We were locked out the bldg prior to 8am after running out for coffee. Host isn't available that early so we had to wait about 10 minutes for someone exiting the bldg to let us in. Also, the pillows for the sofa bed are yellow and stained. We had clean pillowcases but it was still a little off-putting.

Great Winter Park Vacation

Great location, being across the road from the gondola and several restaurants and shops. Also great location within the building, as you can walk outside your patio directly to the hot tub! Would stay again!

Great location close to the Gondola!

Rented this property for a short ski weekend with two buddies from Denver. Location and amenities were great including the hot tub. Would recommend to anyone that needs a 1 bedroom close to the slopes!

Good Place to Stay

Overall a good place to stay. Had a little trouble with the door on arrival, but the on-site team was great and helped resolve the issue immediately. The new company that deals with the garage parking is much better than previous years.

Excellent ski in/out location

This unit is very nice with a wonderful location. The temperature of the room is hard to control as other people mention but other than that this was a perfect ski weekend stay. Convenient to gondola and village/restaurants. Hot tub was great. We would stay here again.
