Our stay was perfect! The host was amazing! The property was beautiful! We were able to fish in the lake and take the kayaks out. Our kids loved it! The home was clean and beautifully decorated. Would 100% stay again!

A hidden gem!

It was the perfect overnight getaway to relax and recharge after a nice long hike in McConnell’s Mill. The house is clean and beautifully decorated, the lake and property are private and we thoroughly enjoyed kayaking and canoeing!! We cannot wait to go back again next year.

Perfect Getaway

The house was beautiful and very clean. The outside property was perfect for our stay. We used the outdoor firepit each evening. We plan to go back next summer and take advantage of the kayaks. The host was very helpful and very accommodating.

Relaxing lake front house… a home away from home. We are not bird watchers but you couldn’t help but be amazed with the non-stop small & especially large bird activity. The owner is professional & kind. The place is clean & new. With all the trees, seems like a great getaway for the fall… but any time of the year is the right time

Relaxing, private home on beautiful lake.

We have been lucky enough to rent this property for every summer for last three years. We love it. Private beautiful place. We fished most days with supplied little boat. Kids loved it and spent many hours fishing off the shore. Wildlife and birds share the area. Just wonderful. Home is thoughtfully stocked with what you need. Beautifully furnished and cozy.

This home far exceeded my expectations!! Everything is updated, decorated beautifully and well taken care of! Anna didn't disappoint in any way. We enjoyed our two weeks in the beautiful, well-appointed remodeled home on the lake in Mercer county. Peaceful surroundings close to shops and easy access to highways. Anna is a wonderful host, responsive to all our needs - 5 stars all the way!

Why they chose this property

The uniqueness of this property is the one-of-a-kind nature background: serene water and forest scape that is so absurdly close to civilization. I called this home design modern french country style. Here some of the bold modern color accents and textures melt in to soft semi-rustic features . The veranda for a morning coffee overlooking the lake is a must to spend time on even if its snowing! You will find surprising amount of space in this house because of the good furniture scale, smart floor plan and high living room ceilings.

The combination of healing nature power and well done soft interior surrounding will leave you rested and satisfied.
