About this property

Beautiful apartment to feel good and relax

Nice apartment in the quiet residential complex Hibiscus III at ground level with a bedroom, large salon with American kitchen and a spacious terrace. It is equipped for 2 people. Internet / Wi-Fi
Fully furnished with washing machine, etl. Kitchen appliances, 4-way ceramic hob, oven, bed linen, towels and hair dryer. TV and satellite system for German and Spanish television and radio programs is also available. All windows are equipped with fly screens.
Good quiet location not far to the beach (about 8 minutes) etl. Shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

If the apartment is already occupied at the time you want, please ask me anyway because I have several apartments to rent.

We charge 70 euros for the final cleaning.
These extra costs are due when the keys are handed over.

Bonito apartamento el visitado.Aparece como en las fotografías de la web. Ti ene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de vacaciones con la familia y nos lo encontramos muy limpio. Barrio muy tranquilo aunque con algún problema a la hora de aparcar en los alrededores. Sería un lugar para volver. Debo señalar como un “pero” el hecho de que una vez realizado el presupuesto,aceptado por mi parte posteriormente , me es enviado un email en el que me comunican que debo abonar a parte 70€ por la limpieza final del apartamento. Siempre que he utilizado esta web de alquiler de apartamentos me han presentado el coste de la limpieza dentro del presupuesto y no después de tenerlo aceptado ,pagado y sin posibilidad de anular la reserva. No me parece una forma adecuada de proceder y así se lo hice saber a la dueña . Tomadura d pelo?

schönes Apartment in ruhiger Lage und sehr netter Vermieterin

Das Apartment war bei meiner Anreise in einem sehr sauberen Zustand ohne Mängel! Außerdem liegt es nicht direkt an der Straße wie die anderen Feriendomizile in der Umgebung sondern etwas im Eck. Es liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, Parkmöglichkeiten sind meistens um die Mittagszeit/Abends begrenzt, trotzdem findet man immer einen Parkplatz in nährer Umgebung. Die Ausstattung des Apartments war super, vorallem in der Küche! Kann es nur weiterempfehlen! :)

Alles gut und sauber

Wir haben eine saubere, gemütliche Ferienwohnung vorgefunden. Sie ist in einer ruhigen Gegend. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und mit der Schlüssel Übergabe hat alles gut geklappt. Ganz in der nähe ist eine Bäckerei, in der man sehr gut frühstücken kann und einige Restaurants mit gut bürgerlich deutscher Küche. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub.
