You'll feel like you're at the beach even when you're indoors, in the Turquoise Sea Room. It's complete with a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and an attached full bath. The queen bedroom also features a TV and a sunny yellow vibe. The bunk room is stocked with plenty of games to keep the kids or other family members entertained.

No matter which room you choose, the comfortable mattresses, beddings, and linens will ensure you have a great sleep throughout the night.

You can pack light for your vacation because all the essential toiletries are provided in the bright, beach-themed bathrooms. Fully stocked with bath towels and beach towels, take your choice of shower or bath. There is a half bathroom next to the living room for convenient cleanup when coming from the beach. A discreet laundry closet with a full washer and dryer is also available on this level for your convenience.

The chefs in your group will enjoy cooking meals in the beautiful kitchen stocked with all-new appliances, including a dishwasher, blender, toaster oven, stove, and oven. Brew a cup of complimentary Columbia coffee to start your day on the right note. You'll find pots, pans, dishes, and utensils in the cabinets and drawers.

Enjoy your meals at the dining room table (seating for 4), or out on the patio (seating for 4).

Beach trip

The host was very responsive to every question I had from start to finish! They were very accommodating to me and my guest, including a fur baby!! It was in the perfect location, not far from the beach at all, and in a very quiet neighborhood. They made us feel very welcomed and we hope to be back soon :)

Our group enjoyed the stay. The place was setup perfectly and ready for us. There was more than enough room for the 8 adults that traveled. It is perfectly situated and a short walk to the beach, the pools, and the gift shops that was off site. Definitely recommend.

Property was beautiful and well kept, spacious, comfortable, and furnished appropriately. Busy but quiet area and close beach access was fantastic. Very attentive host and management. To note, this specific location is across from the pond, just a little further away than shown on the map during reservation process. It's a beautiful walk to the beach without crossing any streets. Would stay here again.

Could not beat the price with the location. Just minutes from a private beach, very clean cute little rental with enough space that 9 people still had their own space. Right in the center of several shops and restaurants. There is absolutely nothing but great things to say about the rental, the service, location, and the price! The property was within walking distance to souvenir shops, target, WinnDixie and restaurants. Not too far from the beach but more like a 7-8 min walk from unit 22. It was older but had most of what we needed esp. beach things. Taylor was great beach worker.

Destin weekend getaway

The property was just as I expected it to be! Clean and everything we needed was there! There were beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, everything we needed for the beach was included. It was a very short but beautiful walk to the beach, and the kids had an amazing time in the pools! We will definitely return to this property for out next lil getaway. When we arrived there was broken glass and overflowing trash in the kitchen. All of the beds were unmade with piles of sheets and blankets. The upstairs was EXTREMELY warm, which was unfortunate since this was the sleeping area. Other than those issues our stay was great.

This property checked all the boxes for our family! The property was very clean and had ample space for our family. There were plenty of kitchen supplies and we had everything we needed during our vacation. I can't say enough about the location of this property. It is centrally located; the beach is a very short scenic walk from the property. It is equally surrounded by stores and restaurants all within walking distance. We didn't have to drive if we didn't want to. I absolutely adored this location! The owner is very friendly and hospitable. She was very responsive to any questions and also made herself available should we need anything. I look forward to staying again on our next trip to Destin! Thank you for hosting our family!

Loved the private beach access and pool

This was a great place to stay for our two families of four! You can’t beat the private beach access and beach chair setup that comes with this condo! You get two beach chairs with umbrella; we got a front row spot every day so we were able to set up our blanket and beach chairs in front of those chairs right in the surf. It was definitely not as busy in our beach area, as it was in front of some of the high-rise condos. Our kids loved the bunk beds and having three bathrooms with two places to shower was definitely helpful! The complex is quiet and the short walk to the beach has a nice catwalk over the pond which is lit up at night. The pool closest to this condo is large and right across the parking lot. We went to the pool almost every night after the beach and there was hardly ever anyone else there. The location is close to at least 3 major grocery stores and only a few minutes drive to major attractions. We loved our stay and we can’t wait to go back!
