Two balconies one with an ocean view and one with lush planting. Great for couples or single people who like to explore a PV local neighborhood and feel like you live in PV and not in the tourist area. Walking distance to Malecón & zona Romantica. No stairs but a soft steep one block walk from the main avenue. Spacious studio you can stretch a yoga . It has insulated windows dressing/bathroom and kitchen. Two balconies one with ocean view and a garden in the other.
