What a great experience staying on Ormond Beach in the Van Le condos. Shelly was a fantastic communicator, the property was exactly as advertised and the view couldn’t be beat! Spacious condo for two couples. We really appreciate all the beach necessities that were provided! Highly recommend!!

This is a beautiful place and the view is amazing. It is pretty much centrally located with easy driving to either Daytona or St Augustine. All amenities that you would expect in a condo are available. I would highly recommend this condo. We would absolutely book here again.

We stayed a week and had a lovely time. The place was clean and furniture was comfortable. Even a swivel rocker that you can turn to see the view. The view? Could not have been any better. We spent a lot of time on the deck just enjoying it. Saw dolphins! The beach is fun. It’s swimmable and waves aren’t too big. The pool is large and some shade from the hot sun. I cannot say enough good things about it. Shelly is very prompt to answer any questions. Thank you!

Our stay was even better than expected. It is more beautiful in person than the pictures. It also had the most comfortable bed I’ve ever stayed in on vacation. The host was great and responded very quickly to any questions. We would love to stay again. It was the peaceful getaway we all needed.

Shelly is a great host! Quick to respond and made our stay hassle free. The room includes everything you’ll need and more. From a croc pot to boggie boards! The room was everything we expected and more. The view from the room and balcony was beautiful, we saw dolphins our first night here! Super clean and nicely put together. 10/10 recommend! Great location, not far from Dayton. Family friendly beach. Relax without the crowds!

We had an amazing stay at your condo! While we have stayed at this complex for several years and always have a wonderful experience, this was our first time in this particular unit. Everything was beautifully updated and decorated.I also want to mention how easy it was to communicate with you and how safe my family feels here. The residents and other guests are always very friendly. I rarely write reviews, but this property deserves the praise.

Better than advertised!! Beautiful beach and ocean views! The condo was clean, comfortable, well-stocked and nicely decorated. Communication was great and check in was easy. Unfortunately, our vacation was cut short due to a family health emergency, but we hope to return in the future. You will not be disappointed!

Condo was right on the beach with easy access. The views from the balcony, living room and bedroom were spectacular. The condo was beautifully furnished and clean. We had all the supplies we needed to cook. Laundry room had beach chairs, toys, several umbrellas. Checking in was simple. Shelly is an excellent host, she made sure we got settled in, responded super fast. Location is perfect for families. Beach is not too crowded. Area is quiet. Two grocery stores very close by in either direction. Quick drive down the road to get into the busier Daytona Beach. Beautiful property, beautiful condo, great host, great location. Everything was perfect for our weeklong beach vacation!
