DESCRIPTION
Detached house (acquired in 2024 and completely renovated this winter) of 80m² on 825 m² of fully enclosed land, located in the middle of the pines in the "Les Hameaux" district, 200 m from the centre and shops of La Palmyre, 900 m from the port (sailing school, kite surfing, jet ski...), 1 km from the bay of Bonne Anse, the beach of La Palmyre, the Tennis courts and the zoo, 2 km from the golf course, 4 km from the Côte Sauvage and its lighthouse of La Coubre.
Everything on foot or by bike, cycle paths at the end of the street!

THE ACCOMMODATION
This house, ideally located (200 m from the city centre of La Palmyre), can accommodate 6 people on 80m² and consists of:

Lovely property in the heart of La Palmyre. It was very clean, modern, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beach, shops, restaurants, and all the local attractions are just a short walk away, so there is always something to do.Communication with the host was easy and friendly throughout our stay. We would happily stay here again.
