The property was absolutely perfect for our group of families. We had 3 families and rented out all three units. The communal space was incredible for the kids when we weren’t at the beach. The studio is very small, but we managed just fine with two adults, a 4 years old, and 3 month old. We cosleep so the queen bed was doable but not the most fun. The unit overall is good, could use some maintenance here and there. The bed is soft but rolls towards the center. The shower is large but has almost no water pressure. The outdoor wash space was a lifesaver and amazing for all the hot days! Truly a great experience. The walk to and from the beach was absolutely perfect. Lots of chairs and toys and shade options on the property. Unsure I would like the space if I was sharing with families I didn’t know, but for our group is was splendid!
