Beautiful Studio Unit Steps from the Beach - Dover Court

Coronavirus Update - our units are professionally cleaned after each tenant.

This wonderful unit has just gone through a partial renovation (May 2020). New flooring and windows were installed, along with some fixtures, a fresh coat of paint and new moldings. Unit has a full kitchen and bath with granite counter tops.
Don't miss out!

The unit is just a quick walk from the beach.

Unit is fully furnished and has a flat screen TV and WiFi connectivity.

This studio unit comes with no assigned parking, but there is ample no-cost parking on Mission Blvd. and in one nearby parking lot that allows overnight parking.

Please inquire for rates for periods longer than two weeks. This unit is only rented as a short term rental, i.e. 29 nights or less, with no option to extend. This unit, like many in South Mission Beach, has no AC. Ocean breezes and fans are the natural cooling provided.

The good: location. A very short walk to the beach and to the attractions of Mission Beach. The space was clean. The bad: a Murphy bed that fills the space it is in making it difficult for the person sleeping on the inside to get up in the middle of the night if needed. The ugly: the parking situation, which isn’t the owner’s fault. But be aware that you’ll likely be parking a couple of blocks away on a busy street or in a public parking lot. And depending on when you’re there, you may have to hunt and wait do an open space. All that said, we enjoyed our stay at this location because of its proximity to much of what Mission Beach and San Diego has to offer.

My wife and I stayed at the property to celebrate our honeymoon and had a great time. The location was perfect and being less than a minute walk from the beach was amazing. The property was also within walking distance from various stores and restaurants and just a 15 minute drive from downtown.There was a problem with our rental when we first arrived but Robert was gracious enough to upgrade us to the larger unit with 2 bedrooms for our entire stay.Would definitely stay here again!

The unit was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with nearly everything we could need. We grilled our dinner three times - very handy! Very short stroll to the Ocean Front Walk and Mission Beach - one minute or less. Directions to the unit and the parking guidance were thorough and complete. Everything worked well!The Host was quite responsive and helpful with our few questions.

Nice, clean and literally steps to the beach and boardwalk!Everything is within walking distance- coffee, restaurants, stores, shopping. I didn’t need a car. Will definitely stay here again. Great place if you want to stay by the beach.
