In the heart of the Coteau du Layon vineyards and less than an hour from Puy du Fou, come and enjoy a charming, single-story family home located in the middle of the Angers-Cholet-Saumur triangle. Completely renovated with tasteful decor, come and enjoy the peace and quiet surrounded by nature. Living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen (filter coffee maker, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine) open to the living area. Outside: Flower garden, heated swimming pool (from April to the end of September), garden furniture, barbecue.
