Villa Y149 is located in El Gouna Sabina area. A very relaxing theme that comes with a private pool and a private lagoon linked to the open sea is comprising the main premise of the villa. Guests enjoy our hotel services of housekeeping every 2 days, room service, Netflix and free Wi-Fi.
Villa Specs: 5BR, 4 Bathrooms, Full Kitchen, Reception, Dining room.

Instructions:
Each Reservation is subject to approval in accordance with El Gouna Community standards and regulations
- Please send a clear copy of the passport or valid ID for all guests at least 24 to 48 hours before arrival to arrange entry permits. For same-day bookings, IDs must be sent before 3:00 PM (Cairo time), All guest IDs must be submitted to El Gouna Community for approval according to the community rules.
- Amount Should be collected 7 days before arrival to avoid automated cancellation.
- Guests will be requested to sign an online registration card upon arrival.
- Location and entry code will be delivered to guests at check in time.

Check-out: 12:00 PM
- No late check out is permitted
- No early check in is permitted
- Smoking Not Allowed
- A USD 300 security deposit will be held on your credit card during your stay and released after check-out

-Pets allowed upon prior approval; however, aggressive dog breeds are strictly prohibited.
-Proof of relation may be asked to be provided to us (example: Marriage Certificate).
