Experience the calm of the coast at Saltwater + Sunsets, a beachfront home offering beautiful views from its ocean-facing decks to take in the amazing sunsets that the North Cape has to offer. Enjoy the convenience of direct access to the beach via a community boardwalk, setting the scene for a peaceful retreat. There is also easy golf cart access to the beach. The home features a private pool with a hot tub and is pet-friendly, ensuring a memorable stay where the soft ocean breeze enhances every sunny day.

Enjoy an open floor plan on the main level with a spacious kitchen, dining and family room, laundry and full bath. On the top floor, you’ll find all of the 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Both floors have large covered decks overlooking the gulf – and is an amazing spot to hang out and watch the sunset!

BONUS! INCLUDED WITH YOUR RESERVATION: $300 worth of beach and adventure gear rental! You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.

This is the perfect spot!

Great house, great location, and plenty of room for our family. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the air conditioning upstairs was out all week. Hot sleeping quarters to say the least.

Amazing location for a quiet and relaxing getaway.

The property owners were all very nice and helpful. The location was perfect just a short walk to the public beach. The heated pool and hot tub were amazing for our stay. The house was very spacious and was enough room for all our guests. Will definitely come back here.

We had a really nice vacation after the first 2 days of cleaning the house was out of the way. We were so disgusted with the house when we first arrived...dirty beds, kitchen, floors, horrible ant problem outside. Pool and hot tub had not been cleaned. We absolutely love coming to cape san blas but will definitely do more research when looking for a house next time. Cape and coast tried really hard to make things right though...

Great beach house and location

House is in an awesome location and has all the amenities. We found the exterior of the home not well maintained. Pool area was over run with weeds which also creates a bug issue. Exterior porches were dirty and not well maintained. Interior was great although I would suggest liners for the shower curtains. Cloth curtains were moldy. Other than those minor issues it was awesome.

Great location

The house was for the most part clean (although the inside of the kitchen cabinets need cleaning) and well-equipped with lots of towels and extra sheets and blankets. The carpet on the main floor balcony was pretty disgusting and full of white dog hairs. We enjoyed watching sunsets from the top balcony huge swing. Our stay would have been wonderful if it had not been for the incessant noise from the house being built across the road and the constant stream of huge trucks for the beach reclamation project. I realize that this is not something VRBO can do anything about; however, it basically ruined what we thought would be a peaceful week on the cape. The constant beeping back-up noise from the equipment meant that we could not stay at the house Mon-Fri during work hours. Without the noise, our stay would have been wonderful.

Great family getaway

Beautiful house with quick access to the beach. Lots of parking. Grill was very well kept. Hot tub didn’t work for our stay but pool was great. Upper deck with swing was awesome watching a thunderstorm roll in. Shed full of toys for the kids.

Peaceful

Had a great week at the Cape. Nice, pet friendly home with a pool and steps away from the beach is hard to beat. Perfect size for our group. Nice large driveway area for plenty of parking. Only complaints I could have is when we arrived the pool patio furniture had 3 broken and unusable chairs, there are no basic amenities such as extra trash bags, extra toilet paper, extra paper towels, pods for dishwasher or basic cleaning supplies for keeping the counters clean after serving food, and the outside trash cans were over running and on the ground from the last group I’m assuming. That being said I would still rent this house again in the future I’ll just pack up extra things next time so I don’t have to buy them at the trading post. Had a great vacation here, thank you!
