The house was absolutely perfect for our family of 20. However, we were very disappointment with the access to the beach since we had to cross the Money Bayou up to our chest to get to it. With paying so much for a beach front property, I would hope we would easily get out to the beach. A bridge or a provided golf cart with a beach license would have helped.
