CASA BENINCASA is a typical Tuscan house called "casa colonica", that is to say "peasant’s house" located in the countryside about 3 kms from the historic center .
It is a small house that has been renovated keeping the original features with a panoramic view of exeption. It does not claim to be a luxury home but will offer you a living experience in the simplicity of the beautiful Tuscan countryside!
The house has on the ground floor an entrance, a full bathroom, a small dining area, a living room with fireplace and oven, a kitchen. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms (one with bed of 140, one with bed of 160 and one with two beds of 90) and two bathrooms .
The house has several outdoor spaces including a beautiful panoramic terrace. Tables, deckchairs, hammocks and sofas are there to welcome you.
A fully equipped laundry room remains at your disposal as well as parking for 4 cars.
Your pets are welcome but on your responsibility because the property of a hectare and a half, is not fenced.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison familiale au charme ancien. Bien située la maison permet de visiter la région avec des villes superbes. L'accueil par Arianna a été sympathique et chaleureux. La terrasse et le calme ont été appréciables ainsi que l'environnement d'oliviers avec une végétation abondante. Jolie Vue sur les collines de Toscane.

Het huis is sfeervol en ligt heel mooi in de bergen rond Pistoia met een prachtig uitzicht in de bergen. Alle voorzieningen zoals supermarkten, restaurants en bakker zijn op ongeveer 15 minuten bereikbaar.Het huis heeft een ruim overdekt terras waar het goed toeven is. In het huis zijn veel trappen van een paar tredes.Arianna, de gastvrouw, is zeer behulpzaam.

Vom Ankommen bis zur Abfahrt alles so dass das geplagte Arbeitsherz wieder rebooten kann und zu dem findet was wichtig für den inneren Frieden ist. Authentisch das Haus wie die Gastgeber. Für mich ein Traum und die Hoffnung wieder eine zeitlang dort meine Seele baumeln lassen zu dürfen. Zum Schluss. Kommen sie nicht mit einem tiefergelegten Ferarri oder ähnlichem. Ist eh nicht wichtig für Seelenheil und wird schwierig zum Haus zu gelangen Und genießen sie einfach die Atmosphäre an diesen wunder vollen Ort.

Abbiamo trovato la casa impeccabile, tutto era al suo posto e i locali molto puliti !! Speriamo di rivedersi in un prossimo viaggio e avere la possibilità di passare un po di tempo insieme...
