Great place overall with a great location. Perfect vacation rental for having a nice, clean place to have as a your home base. I rated it a 4/5 d/t it having a very small bathroom, and it was on the first level (the biggest challenge as sleeping quarters were upstairs). We enjoyed our stay. Another reason for good and not great was we had asked for an early check in and there didn't seem to any effort to accommodate nor was there communication which would've allowed us to check in about an hour early. Outside of that, the communication was swift and clear, which we did appreciate.

Thank you, Bridget, for your thoughtful feedback! I’m glad you enjoyed our location and found the space clean. I also appreciate your feedback regarding the check-in process. We responded within 3–4 minutes each time you reached out about early check-in. Unfortunately, due to a busy turnover schedule that day, we weren’t able to accommodate an arrival earlier than our standard 4:00 PM check-in time. We’d love to welcome you back again soon!

It was fine - as pictured. A reminder of 2nd payment before it occurred would be helpful. Also, inform of timeframes to receive information (eg check-in info will come at noon on check in date).

Thank you, Mary, for your feedback! We appreciate your suggestions. We do include details about the timing of the second payment and when check-in information will be sent in our pre-arrival messages, but we understand those messages can be lengthy and that important details may be easy to miss. We’ll continue looking for ways to make that information clearer and easier to find.

This place was just as pictured; beautiful, modern and clean. The host was very receptive and quick to respond. The kitchen was well stocked & well maintained. Although a Keurig is present, I did miss having a coffee pot. The beds & pillows were clean & very comfortable!! Although it is pretty bright in the mornings, even with shades pulled. My only will regret is that I didn’t realize it was as farm from town, as it was. However, it is close to the best burger place I have ever encountered: “Oakeood” ALL in all a great little find!
