Welcome to your luxurious, cozy, and relaxing, three bedroom, two bathroom, fully heated pool home in beautiful Venice, Florida. Centrally located close to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, amazing golf, canoeing, boating, and just minutes from the best beaches in the country.

Enjoy your relaxing and peaceful fully heated pool home located in a very quiet neighborhood of Venice, one of the great undiscovered gems of southwest Florida. With three bedrooms and four beds this house is perfect for your family vacation getaway. The master bedroom features a king sized bed, fully updated bathroom with huge walk in shower, and doors that give you your own private access to the pool. The cozy second bedroom features a queen bed, and shared full bathroom with a third bedroom that features two single beds.

Our house has a large stunning, fully updated, and luxurious eat in kitchen with huge island that opens up into your cozy living room. After spending the day at the heated pool or the beach it is a great place to unwind as a family. Our varied TV package features channels to make every member of the group happy and high speed WiFi lets all your devices remain connected.

The in ground pool is fully heated and the lanai are great for relaxing, entertaining, and spending quality time outdoors in the gorgeous Florida weather. Need more space to relax and play?Enjoy so many possibilities with the huge fully fenced in yard. Have guests coming? Our extra wide driveway is perfect for multiple vehicles or parking your RV or boat trailer.

When it is time to head to the crystal sand beaches just grab beach chairs, beach buggy, and any toys for your fun in the sand. Beach towels are inside the house ready for you to take as you head out the door.

Our family loves using this wonderful house as our vacation get away and we want to share that experience with your family!

Second winter

The home was better than advertised. We’ll cared for. Very clean and well stocked

Venice stay in March

Property was as advertised; enjoyed the stay very much. Anyone can nitpick, and having one mattress to everyone’s liking is almost impossible, but mattresses in guest rooms could use an upgrade (sheets too). House was well supplied and the pool was a nice plus. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property

Highlight of our stay to me was heated pool. Owner was prompt in addressing any issue we had. The house was very well stocked with essentials. Great location! We plan to return next year - the best recommendation I can give
