We love Nick's house. This is our second time we stayed there. It's close to town, well maintained, and has great anemities- including a nice sized hot tub.We look forward to our next trip.

The house was incredible, clean, and we had a fantastic time! The location was great and an easy walk to downtown and the hot tub was excellent after a long day of skiing. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great place!

We have stayed here the last two years and it is a great family place! Good location to downtown Frisco and close to Copper Mountain. Will definitely stay there again!

Great setup. Love the hot tub under the stars. Very spacious, great room in the kitchen for cooking for the whole group, and managers of the property were excellent about communication.

Great location and amenities

Owner was very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and that the kitchen was well equipped when we stayed in. Great location and access to ski areas. Overall lovely, would stay again.

Great Family Space

Very much enjoyed our stay with adult kids and grandchildren. Well equipped and great layout and location to downtown Frisco. The jacuzzi was a hit for sure. Would definitely come again!!

Great Location and Nice Home

This is a great location for easy access to Frisco main st, Frisco Marina, Hwy 9 and all the surrounding outdoor awesomeness. The house is clean and very nice and the hot tub was great in the evening for sitting out and looking at the stars. Great property!

Great host, great property, great location!

We spent our annual early Thanksgiving at Nick’s home. He was great at communication, promptly responding to needs and questions. The home met all of our needs: 3 king beds, 3 bathrooms + powder room, hot tub, dog friendly, close to town—What more could you want? We would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect place to stay in Frisco. We have been traveling to Frisco for 5 years and renting places. This house was by far the best. We could walk everywhere, Main Street, trails, and the bike path. The house is beautiful with very nice comfortable furniture and had everything we needed for our stay. We will be coming back to stay here next year.

Great stay

We hired this home for a small family reunion in August 2024. Four adults and three children. The home could not have been more accommodating. The location is stellar and the home had all the conveniences we would want. We highly recommend this property.

Amazing Colorado Rental!

Everything was perfect! Super clean, bedding was outstanding! Down comforters on every bed! Fabulous location, short drive to so many ski resorts! Teenagers loved the hot tub! Couldn't ask for more. Our host was a great communicator as well, we will definitely rent here again.

Great location! Walking distance to everything

We took our son and his family(4 adults, 1 toddler, 1 infant) to this lovely home and had wonderful time exploring Frisco and all it had to offer. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious, plenty of bathrooms and the kitchen was fully equipped with what we needed. The outdoor deck and hot tub was a bonus too. Allowing us to bring our golden doodle and providing a dog run was also amazing. Frisco is family friendly and pet friendly so we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Another Great Stsy

Friends gathering for skiing to stay at a comfortable home. We love the ease of the garage, comfortable beds, good gathering space and, of course, the hot tub. It’s an easy walk into town if you don’t avail yourselves of the well stocked kitchen. We’ll be back!

Great location!

Walk into Frisco. Hiking trails nearby and sledding for the kids across the street! If you have trouble with stairs that’s the only possible negative as it’s reverse living. Otherwise, a great place!!

Frisco Summer Vacation

Visiting the area for the Copper Triangle and had a large group which included three generations of family, including children ages 4 and 1. The house exceeded the high expectations we had. Beyond the expectations we had with the pictures and description online, the home was incredibly well stocked with high-quality kitchen utensils and serving ware as well as pantry items. The location is excellent with easy walking access to Main Street and the local trail system. Turned in to one of our favorite stays as a family. Will definately return when in the Frisco area again!

Nice stay

Overall, we had a nice stay. The disposal side of the sink was not working and could not be used. That was kind of a pain considering we were cooking meals there. Secondly, the description list there is air conditioner which there is not. While the evenings did cool down, it would have been more pleasant with AC. The outdoor grill and hot tub were really nice. The location is great! We enjoyed the walks to town and hiking nearby.
