You will fall in love with the oversized covered patio overlooking the Village of South Walton and 30A. It is the perfect place to sit back and relax.

Beach Access: Getting to the beach is a breeze.... just walk to the front of 30A like you are going towards Alys Beach and once you come up to the white Seacrest Beach Lifeguard chair you cross 30A and walk direct down the pathway about 100 yards and you are at the beach. A free shuttle will drive you to the beach entrance or you can take the short walk. Either way, everything is only a few minutes from your doorstep. This beach access is a private beach access for the guests who are staying in Seacrest and the Village of south Walton.

Really enjoyed our time in Aberdeen. The location was so convenient and the many shops and services around us made our experience great. Bathrooms are outstanding. really enjoyed the heated pool. Thank you for a great Thanksgiving with my Family!
Property was clean and upgraded. I would rent again just for the beautiful bathrooms! Only negative was 9:00am checkout and a extra charge for early check in. ($125.00 for 2 hour early arrival).

During the peak season we need the extra time to ensure our house keepers have adequate time to throughly clean and inspect the property after each departure to ensure that our incoming guests arrive like you did to a wonderfully clean and ready to go property. Normally we do not accommodate early check in requests during the peak season however since you asked for one we always try to do what we can for our guests as we appreciate them and apart of this process we do have to hire an extra house keeper to assist in accommodating early check in requests which is why we charge the bare minimum for early check in requests when the properties are a turn the same day. Thank you for staying at a 30A Rental Properties luxury property and we hope to have you back soon!
We booked last minute. If you know the area, the condo is in a great location looking at the Gulf right there in Seacrest village. The condo is newly refurbished. The master bed and bath is huge. The second bedroom is a little tight with a king bed. The kids room has a bunk bed with two full size mattresses and an extra mattress to pull out.
The shuttles to the beach worked well. It is about an 8 minute walk to the beach. Seacrest has one beach access point and the private area is extremely crowded.
The two pools for this condo are ok. The newer pool is primarily for babies.
We had no problem finding parking spots.
The condo unit was very quiet. Elevator worked well.
