Gîte bien équipé en appareils électroménagers et bien situé. Inconfort et manque de propreté des fauteuils du salon.Hygiène douteuse de la vaisselle et de la batterie de cuisine. Très très petit jardinet mal entretenu.Deux des robinets coulent.

Nous sommes extrêmement surpris par votre avis. La maison a été refaite à neuf il y a 3 mois. La vaisselle est neuve, les fauteuils aussi et la plomberie également. Le jardin correspond aux photos de l'annonce. Les locataires après vous nous ont confirmé que tout fonctionnait très bien. Concernant l'hygiène, notre femme de ménage passe 2h30 dans la maison à nettoyer après chaque location et elle est "maniaque". Si vos exigences correspondent plutot à un hôtel 5*, nous vous conseillons de vous orienter vers type d'établissement (bon courage pour trouver à prix similaires et avec cet emplacement). Bref, nous avons accueilli environ 50 locataires depuis que nous avons acheté cette maison et c'est la 1ère fois que nous avons ce type d'avis que nous estimons injuste et très préjudiciable pour notre activité. Si marie louise souhaite louer votre gîte, passez votre chemin !

Logement confortable dans lequel il y a tout ce qu'il faut, à proximité d'une magnifique plage de galet et de sable. Une petite terasse et jardin bien sympa pour prendre le petit déjeuner et apéro, barbec à disposition. De chouettes ballades possibles a proximité et dans les dunes de Slack jusque la pointe aux Oies. Wimereux et Boulogne sur mer ne sont pas loin, à 10 et 20 minutes en voiture. Propriétaire disponibles et à l'écoute.
