Extravagantly furnished on 35 m², the holiday apartment Am Strand offers a promising holiday on the Baltic Sea. The apartment was recently completely renovated and shines with a new and high quality equipment.

The Baltic Sea right outside the door

You can enjoy the sun on your south-east facing balcony as well as on the Baltic Sea beach, which is only approx. 200 m away. The promenade can be enjoyed with a leisurely stroll or a sporty bike ride. The center of the sophisticated Timmendorf can also be reached in this way. The idyllic port of Niendorf is only a few minutes' walk away.

Dog friendly

Of course, you should not do without your loyal four-legged friend even on vacation. The beautiful beach promenade invites you to take long walks. Timmendorfer Strand, Niendorf and Scharbeutz / Haffkrug have beautiful dog beaches where your dog can let off steam.

In der Wohnung sind einige handwerkliche Tätigkeiten erforderlich. Fön und Tischlampe haben Wackelkontakte. Der Fön brummt zudem, geht dem Ende zu. Die Schließzylinder zur Wohnung und zum Haus sind lose und wackeln. Auf dem Vorleger zum Balkon waren Hundehaare. Sonst okay.

Wunderbar!

Wohnung ist sehr schön und gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Die Lage ist super. Alles gut zu erreichen, der nächste Strandabschnitt in 2 Minuten. Kleiner Abzug für das gebuchte Wäschepaket: Für 25,00 Euro gab es leider nur 1 großes Duschtuch sowie 2 kleine Handtücher und natürlich die Bettwäsche. Ein Duschhandtuch ist eindeutig zu wenig für eine Woche. Ein zweites Wäschepaket zu buchen, finde ich bei diesem Preis übertrieben. Das sollte man vielleicht nochmal überdenken. Waschmaschine ist nicht vorhanden. Ansonsten war es ein sehr angenehmer und erholsamer Urlaub. Vielen Dank!

Süße, kleine Ferienwohnung mit Nähe zum Strand

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und war insgesamt sauber. Je länger wir da waren, haben wir gemerkt, dass einige Dinge noch fehlen in der Ausstattung z. B. funktionierende Steckdosen oder eine Küchenschere. Leider gibt es keine Parkplätze und das Parken ist generell im Urlaubsort kaum möglich bzw. Sehr teuer. Uns hat der Schnitt der Wohnung gut gefallen und auch die Größe des Balkons und des Badezimmers. Für 2 Personen (mit Hund) ist es ideal.

Super schöne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht

Süße kleine Wohnung mit kleinen Balkon, auf dem man morgens in der Sonne gemütlich frühstücken kann. Man läuft 4 min zum Meer und ca 20 min in die „Innenstadt“. Alles sehr sauber und wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Haben unsere eigene Bettwäsche etc. Mitgebracht weil wir 50€ für 2 Personen etwas happig fanden, aber das ist ja kein Problem. Klare Empfehlung für die Wohnung!

Sehr schön. Und positiv zu bewerten wäre noch das freundliche Personal bei der Schlüsselübergabe. Da ich mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln angereist bin, durfte ich bei der Rückreise den Schlüssel in der Wohnungen liegen lassen und musste nicht nochmal extra ins Büro fahren.

Nette kleine Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist klein aber für zwei Personen völlig ausreichend. Mit Hund wäre ein Besen wirklich super gewesen. Auch der Hundestrand am Timmendorfer Strand ist sehr steinig.

Sehr schöne Wohnung und die Lage ist top.

Nur wenige Meter zum Strand. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Dass der Schlüssel im Nachbarort abgeholt werden muss ist furchtbar. Besonders wenn man wie ich mit der Bahn angereist ist. Das hat mich zeei Taxifahrten und eine Menge Nerven gekostet.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit kleineren Mängeln...

Die Wohnung liegt sehr strandnah und ist modern und teilweise höherwertig möbliert. Leider war ein Teil der Ausstattung nicht verfügbar, teilweise defekt oder abgenutzt und die Wohnung nicht vollständig für den Gastaufenthalt vorbereitet. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung ein schöner Ort für einen kurzzeitigen Aufenthalt in Timmdorfer Strand. Die verwaltende Agentur ist freundlich, zuvorkommend und auf kurzen Wegen erreichbar.

Alles da auf kleinem Raum

Das Zimmer selbst ist gut und durchdacht ausgestattet. Die Lage nur wenige Minuten vom Strand okay. Alles wäre gut gewesen, hätten noch in dem Apartment nebenan Kettenraucher ihre Zeit auf dem Balkon verbracht und das auch nachts, so dass man Fenster und Tür eigentlich nicht öffnen konnte. Schade.

Klein aber fein!

Das Appartement ist liebevoll eingerichtet und der Platz optimal genutzt. Ausreichend Stauraum im Schrank, die kleine Küche bietet alles was man braucht und auch im Bad gibt es ausreichend Platz. Das Appartement ist gut in Schuss und sehr sauber. Die Lage - nah zum Strand und nicht zu weit zu den Geschäften im Zentrum- ist ebenfalls prima. Unse Fazit: Für einen Kurzaufenthalt echt toll. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Erholung vom Alltag

Der Empfang und CheckIn verlief freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man braucht und die Lage ist super. Ein klitzekleiner Kritikpunkt bzw. eher eine Anmerkung ist, dass mit Hund ein Besen in der Wohnung schön gewesen wäre. Mehrmals täglich den Staubsauger aus dem Schrank aus- und einzuräumen ist dann doch eher unpraktisch.
