Launch kayaks and paddle boards from our private ramp. Please note: This ramp is NOT suitable for boat launch. You can use the public boat launch (0.5 miles away) at Bluewater Point Marina, then tie the boat up at our dock. Because the house is on a hill, the property is not suitable for boat/trailer parking.

We have 2 paddle boards and several (adult and child) life vests for your use. Bring your own kayaks or rent them on the island.

In the basement, this home has an additional food/beverage refrigerator/freezer, as well as an additional bait refrigerator/freezer. The property is perched high on a 2nd row lot with long range views over the sound and the ocean. Watch beautiful sunsets each evening that are out of this world! The property location is perfect and in an area of the island that is less crowded. Located just down from a great restaurant "The Fish House," so if you don't want to cook, enjoy the best seafood around.
