Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a 3,978 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² living room with TV, a sleeping area with sofa bed and a fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

Outside :
- A 145 m² natural swimming pool (shared and heated), open all year round
- 1.8 m² Jacuzzi (shared), open from April 1 to October 31, available on request
- A 20 m² south-west-facing terrace with furniture for sunny days
- 3978 m² shared enclosed garden

The apartment is ideally located in Belgodère, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

Activities:
- Discover the large sandy beach of Lozari, ideal for swimming and water sports, about 5 min (2.6 km) away by car.
- Walk the Sentier des Douaniers, a coastal trail offering spectacular views of the Agriates Desert, approx. 1h01 (42.2 km) by car
- Visit Château Malaspina, an ancient residence offering panoramic views of the Balagne and Corsican mountains, approx. 12 min (7.6 km) by car
- Take a stroll around the ancient citadel of Calvi, perched on a hill with a sublime view over the bay, and steeped in Genoese and Napoleonic history, about 45 min (33.4 km) away by car.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private parking lot (1 vehicle).
