Luxury Naples 4 bdrm, 4.5 bath, pool, fire table, ParkShore beach pass.

Fantastic location that is less than 1 mile to the Park Shore private beach park and The Village at Venetian Bay.

This home has four bedrooms each with an attached private bathroom. Three of the bedrooms have king beds and one bedroom has twin beds.

The living room, with Smart TV and Sonos, is open to the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped for a gourmet chef. Newer construction with high ceilings throughout. There is a private rear yard and lanai with outdoor dining and living area, heated pool, and fire table. This home includes a pass to the Park Shore private beach park.

High quality bed linens, towels, and bath robes are provided. Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, cooler, and sand toys are also provided. There are four Townie bicycles.

A RemeHalo whole home in-duct air purifier has been installed in the HVAC system to combat any possible fungi, bacteria, or virus.

Signed rental agreement and copy of ID are required.
50% deposit at booking, 50% due 90 days ahead of check-in.
Damage Deposit: $3,000.
State and local taxes are added to the rental price.
We are interested in longer rentals of 30 nights or more

CANCELLATION POLICY:
No refunds. If the period can be re-rented, Tenant will receive a pro-rated refund less a 20% cancellation fee. Vrbo does not refund their service fee.

Our family has come to Naples for Thanksgiving week seven years in a row. This house on Old Trail Drive we've rented for several years. The house is immaculate, fully equipped, spacious and centrally located. We highly recommend this house for any occasion.

Family Vacation In Naples

Property is immaculately clean and one of the best equipped vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed in (been using VRBO for +16 years). Access to our private beach and 4 bikes to get there and back was an added bonus. The host is incredibly responsive and proactively communicated leading up to, and throughout our stay. Best Naples Rental

This is the most beautiful home to enjoy a vacation in Naples. Caryn, the owner, makes sure that all the little details are there for you to enjoy. We had our family of 7 for part of the time and we were all very comfortable at this lovely home which is well represented in the photos. Cannot say enough good things about this property. Exactly as shown in pictures. Extremely clean. Host was thoughtful and prompt...even had a welcome cheese tray. Wow!! Great location. Rode bikes daily...found a nice coffee shop to ride to. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook at home. We stayed two weeks and loved it!! Will definitely be staying here again.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic property in Naples, Florida, and I can’t recommend it enough! The location was absolutely perfect—just a short distance to restaurants and stores and beaches in the area. The house itself was spotless and beautifully decorated, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere the moment we walked in. It was clear that the owners put a lot of care into maintaining the space.One of the highlights of the property was the pool. It was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing or taking a refreshing swim. The outdoor area was a lovely retreat, providing a serene environment to unwind.Another huge plus was the beach passes, which allowed us to experience the stunning sunsets Naples is famous for. Family Reunion

For the fifth year our family gathered for Thanksgiving week in Naples; children, grandchildren, sons and daughters- in-law, the entire crew. We, the parents, live nearby but need another house. This property was perfect for us. All is clean, the appliances are in fine working order and the kitchen is well equipped. The interior layout accommodated all our family's needs. The pool area is large with a lovely outdoor living area. Our family said "it's the best house we ever rented."

This property was beyond expectations. The home was incredibly clean and well stocked. They had everything we could possibly need to make our stay comfortable - all kitchen supplies including spices, great linens, beach bags and other beach supplies, even weights and a yoga mat. We were so impressed. We brought so many things to entertain our 6 month old and 3 year old but we could have packed lighter! The owners left ample toys, board games, and pool equipment including life vests. Overall, it was the best VRBO we have ever rented and we highly recommend it!

beautiful home with luxury decor and kitchen...perfect for our family. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
