Everything was wonderful! We enjoyed the pool and fishing off the dock. The house was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was organized and easy to navigate and the porch was a favorite spot for relaxing. Our host was very responsive and helpful. Everyone had a wonderful time!

John was extremely hospitable with everything. Check in was easy and he provided clear instructions about the house. We found that the hot tub had not been cleaned in quite awhile- we contacted John and he immediately had the pool people to take care of it. We loved the view and really enjoyed the outdoor area.

Laura, I'm very sorry about your hot tub experience upon your arrival. We pay the pool maintenance company, weekly, to clean and service the pool & hot tub. Obviously, the pool maintenance tech didn't do his job last week. Though, I'm glad they rectified the situation within a few hours, and you were able to enjoy it. Hopefully, the pool service company owner dealt with his incompetent employee. I will now be double checking that they're doing their job, weekly, since we're being billed for it. Glad you all enjoyed yourselves.

We had our family down to celebrate my wife's birthday the house was spectacular fantastic great location. Only drawback was able to we could not take our vote and bring it up to channel to the house because of the bridge at the end of the channel or causeway.

Beautiful home, excellent accommodations! The home had everything we could possibly need and the owner could not have been more helpful. Communication was easy breezy, as he responded quickly to any questions I had, and left the house with tons of information about the surroundings.

We wanted a quiet neighborhood for our two dogs and this location was perfect! Lots of streets to walk the dogs. Great place to come back to in the evenings after Spring training games, visiting museums and aquariums.

We were looking for a place where we could relax as a family, have fun with our dog on the beach, and be close enough to Clearwater to enjoy all of the things it has to offer … and this was the perfect home! Although it’s a few years old, it was in great condition, provided all the essentials and some neat extras. From the pool & hot tub to kayaking to riding bikes, John’s home provided all we needed. You will be happy if you choose this great getaway & John will make sure you enjoy your stay!

Had a house full from age 1 to 81. Property had everything and then some, baby high chairs, child proofing, pool toys, beach chairs, plenty of towels; all in good condition. Property in a great neighborhood for walks, can get to a few restaurants in just a few minutes. Literally 10 minute drive to the beach. And best owner response time we’ve ever seen. Friendly, accommodating, makes sure we had everything we needed.

Great getaway

Great experience here - property was as pictured and very clean. Great communication with owner and nice location between tarpon springs and clearwater beach. Would definitely stay here again.
