TrĂšs bonne expĂ©rience chez Denise ! Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© avec deux enfants de 7 ans et demi et 3 ans et demi. L'appartement est super. Beau standing. TrĂšs bien placĂ©. A 5 minutes de la plage et des planches. A 15 minutes Ă  pied des commerces et de l'hippodrome. L'appartement est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© (cuisine, salon avec TV et mĂȘme un Chromecast ;, jeux pour enfants...). La piĂšce Ă  vivre est sublime, trĂšs spacieuse, les balcons trĂšs agrĂ©ables pour prendre le petit dĂ©jeuner. Deux salles de bain. Pratique. La chambre familiale est immense. La chambre en mezzanine est confortable Ă©galement. Adresse Ă  garder.

DĂ©cevant pour diffĂ©rentes raisons: le mĂ©nage Ă©tait trĂšs limitĂ© (verres Ă  dents avec dentifrice au fond, Ă©tiquettes de vĂȘtements et pince Ă  cheveux dans les placards, sols sales avec poils d’animaux, graisse sur les plaques Ă©lectriques etc).Pas de rideaux entre le salon et la chambre: pas idĂ©al avec un bĂ©bĂ©. L’accĂšs Ă  la 2eme chambre se fait part un escalier trĂšs dangereux et pentu ce qui n’était pas prĂ©cisĂ© dans l’annonce. Une barriĂšre de sĂ©curitĂ© au pied de l’escalier semblait idĂ©ale mais elle n’était pas verrouillable. Aucune explication sur les dĂ©chets ou Ă©ventuelles informations complĂ©mentaires. Le systĂšme de douche de la salle d’eau Ă©tait en mauvais Ă©tat . Enfin, un seul jeu de clĂ©s Ă©tait donnĂ©, limitant les dĂ©placements diffĂ©rĂ©s.Le seul avantage Ă©tait la beautĂ© de la vue.
