As you enter this unit you will find this one bedroom, one bath cozy residence features a kitchenette/living area leading to a nice Balcony with Gulf Views thru patio doors leading to your balcony that offers both Ocean Views and city view. This room includes a sofa sleeper. The King bed in will comfortably sleep up to 2 guests. Flat-screen TV, ample seating, high-end furnishings, and ceramic tile floors complete your elegant décor. The Kitchenette includes a small Dining surface with seating for two. The kitchenette features granite countertops, custom cabinets, and minimal tools and conveniences you'll need to fix something quick for your party of two.

The Bedroom features a king bed, and easy balcony access, and an en suite master bath.

Sterling Breeze Resort is in the heart of Panama City Beach. it is within minutes of restaurants, shops, and an assortment of family-friendly attractions. Pier Park is within walking distance of more than 100 stores, restaurants, cinemas, and other entertainment. Other popular attractions are Gulf World, Hidden Lagoon Super Racetrack and Golf, and Shipwreck Island, are also within a few miles.

New Year’s Stay

Accommodations were as described. Management was available and contacted us twice to check on us during our stay. Management also granted an early check-in as the room was ready before 4pm. The pool & hot tub area, lobby, and elevators were all clean, inviting, and in great condition.

Vacation

The room had plenty space for the two of us. Overall could be a great room. However, there were many features listed that were not accurate. There was not ample seating, no high-end furniture (a poorly cover futon is not a sofabed), no laptop friendly workspace, no electric grill and only one trash bag. The refrigerator is only a mini fridge not a full size. Don't buy groceries, there isn't room for them.The sink was not hardly big enough to wash dishes and there was no plug to stop the water from running down the drain. The faucet belongs on a large sink and if you aren't careful you could shoot water all over the floor (we were careful and did not). There was no place to sit leisurely except the small table and tiny stools. The only place to watch tv was when you were laying in bed. The TV was extremely hard to navigate! Instructions would have been very helpful. There were 3 floor mats, 1 washcloth and 4 towels for 2 adults for a five day stay. Most women use a minimum of 2 towels a day. I do use a towel a for 2 to 3 days. Two sets per person would have been better. There were only 2 small hooks on the back of the bathroom door to hang said towels to dry to use again. The dressing area would be a great place to add hooks to assist in drying the towels. Also a luggage stand in the dressing area would help.I would also like to suggest a small tv above the table and possibly a barn door to separate the two rooms.This could be a great place to stay.
