The beach of the Grande Conche is 5 minutes walk away, the city centre 2 minutes away.
In a secure residence with lift, the apartment is located on the 2nd floor. Quiet apartment, you can enjoy your evenings on the balcony.
Ideal apartment for 4 people.
It is composed of a living room with sofa bed and a bedroom with double bed.
The separate kitchen is functional with all the equipment.
The apartment has an 8 m2 balcony with garden table.
The bathroom has a shower with a sink and heated towel rail. Separate toilets.
