Feriehaus Renner behind the dike in Spieka-Neufeld incl. beach chair

Enjoy your vacation in our 65m² detached wooden log house that
 completely renovated in 2016 and partly newly furnished.

The property is located in a low-traffic holiday home area in Spieka Neufeld. It is only a few minutes' walk to the dike and natural beach.

well equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, fridge / freezer and
Washing machine

2 bedrooms (1x double bed, 1x bunk bed)

Bathroom with shower / toilet (2016 refurbished)

Living room with sofa and comfortable armchairs, as well as TV with satellite reception

Terrace equipped with furniture and grill

A cot and high chair are available for the smallest guests.

For a relaxing day at the beach in Spieka-Neufeld, a beach chair is available from May 20th to 15th. 09. available (period can vary due to weather conditions, storm, storm surge, etc.).

There are guest contributions (formerly spa contributions) all year round.
For the guest contribution, you receive a number of discounts in the community of Wurster North Sea Coast and in Cuxhaven. Among other things, free admission to the Watt'n'Bad (wave pool) in Dorum-Neufeld or to the beaches in Cuxhaven.

The guest contribution is charged as follows and billed according to days:

As landlords, we are obliged to collect the guest fees for the spa administration, the spa fees are payable on arrival.

Die Ferienwohnung hat unseren Erwartungen vollumfänglich entsprochen (sauber, ruhige Umgebung, gute Kommunikation mit den Vermietern, Nähe zum Strand).Mit drei kleinen Kindern (7, 5, 3) ist die Urlaubsregion sehr zu empfehlen. Vormittag Programm (z.B. in Cuxhaven, Bremerhaven oder zur Moorbahn), Nachmittag an den Strand. Das Angebot für Kinder speziell in Bremerhaven ist überwältigend.

Das Haus war sehr sauber, es hat an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ruhige Lage, was uns gut gefallen hat. Mit dem Auto nicht weit für Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und tolle Sandstrände. Sehr nette Vermieter! Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Super Objekt, sowohl Haus als auch Garten top gepfleckt. Alles super sauber. Familie Renner hat uns persönlich in Empfang genommen und uns auch verabschieded. Selbst als wir spontan schon Sonntag abreisen wollten( lediglich wegen dem Wetter) statt Montag morgen, war das überhaupt kein Problem. Wir kommen definitiv wieder, wahrscheinlich aber dann mit Oma und Opa und würden dann die große Ferienwohnung nehmen.Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt! Das Häuschen und Umgebung (Pferde in einer Koppel hinterm Haus, alles grün, Nachbarn weit weg) lassen keine Wünsche offen. Die Küche ist optimal ausgestattet.Den gestellten Strandkorb haben wir ausgiebig genutzt.Direkt vor Ort gibt es ein leckeres Restaurant und eine tolle Möglichkeit, Fisch jeder Art Take away zu erwerben.Rewe, Lidl, Aldi und Rossmann gibt es in 4 km Entfernung.Also beste Voraussetzungen für einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Vielen Dank!In Cuxhaven ist das Ahoi - Bad mit Sauna sehr zu empfehlen. In Bremerhaven waren wir im Auswandererhaus und Schifffahrtsmuseum. Auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit vielen Outlets haben uns sehr gefallen.

Schönes familienfreundliches Ferienhaus

Sauberes und gemütliches Ferienhaus mit Garten und Sandkasten für Kinder. Auch im Haus gibt es für Kinder einiges zu entdecken (Holzeisenbahn, Bücher usw.). Nach ein paar Gehminuten ist man direkt am Deich. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern lief auch einwandfrei. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Vielen Dank für die tolle Auszeit. Wir waren im Februar da, trotz kaltem Wetter war es im Haus schön warm und auch nicht Fußkalt. Das Haus bietet alles was man für ein paar schöne Tage braucht. Die Sicht auf den Deich ist super und entsprechend kurz auch der Weg zum nächsten Strand inkl. Spielplatz. Gerne wieder ;-)

Super Aufenthalt

Die Besitzer der Ferienwohnung sind sehr freundlich und das Ferienhaus sehr sauber. Das Meer ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und man hat in der Nähe genügend Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen. Falls man mit kleinen Kindern anreist muss man fast nichts zusätzlich mitnehmen. Unsere Tochter (2) konnte super, mit dem Rausfallschutz im unteren Bett des Etagen erst schlafen und unser Sohn (5Monate) hat super im Babybett geschlafen. Zum Spielen gab es auch genügend Sachen. Wir können das Ferienhaus sehr empfehlen vor allem für Familien. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit entspannter Lage

Wir sind als Familie mit 2 Kindern verreist und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Haus und die Umgebung sind super zum entspannen und man ist doch recht schnell an Sehenswürdigkeiten und Dingen die man auch mit Kindern machen kann. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und unkompliziert.

Wunderschöne Lage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Direkt hinter dem Deich, mit den hauseigenen Rädern in 5 Min. an der Nordsee, den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Im Häuschen ist alles vorhanden und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Es war alles wunderbar

Ich würde das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen. Und auch die Lage ist wundervoll und ruhig. Allerdings sollte man mit Auto anreisen, da es im Ort keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt.

Ruhige Lage mit toller Umgebung

Wir waren für einem Kurzurlaub zu viert unterwegs. Die FeWo ist wirklich total toll gelegenen, genau hinter dem Deich. Zu Fuß ist man in wenigen Minuten an der See. Es gibt verschiedenste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gerade mal 4,5km entfernt. Die Vermieter sind sehr sehr nette Menschen und zuvorkommend, wenn wir wieder an die Nordsee kommen, dann ziemlich sicher zur FeWo Renner.

Erholsamer Urlaub an der Nordsee.

Es ist ein sehr schönes kleines Haus. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Tolle Spaziergänge und man kann viele Städte von dort aus besuchen.
