I am a former hi-tech corporate CEO who has been flipping homes for the last 8 years in California. My contractor husband and I moved to Santa Fe in 2020. We found that In Santa Fe's tight housing market there are few flipping opportunities, so we decided to do a luxury short-term rental property instead. We purchased an adorable home built in 2018 and have added the design and luxury touches that make our property fun and inviting.

Why they chose this property

The home was nearly new and there were very few issues that needed work other than a cosmetic facelift.

What makes this property unique

The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood, yet is close to shopping and dining. The property is near Highway 599, close to the Santa Fe airport and is easily accessible if traveling from the Albuquerque airport. It is a short drive from the Plaza and has easy accessibility if heading north or south in New Mexico.
