Les photos de l’extérieur de la maison laissent à penser à un gîte de plus haut de gamme.Le ménage était loin d’être correct. Les bandes à capturer les mouches dans chaque pièce devraient être changées pour chaque location ce serait plus agréable que cette vue de plus de trente mouches collées .En revanche la maison est très bien située pour visiter toute la région.

Die Lage ist super. La Madeleine bei Utah Beach ist eine wunderbar ruhige Gegend. Der Check-In /-out Prozess funktioniert reibungslos. Die Kommunikation läuft leider nur auf Französisch. Nur selbst wenn man um Englisch bittet wird diese Nachricht zwar übersetzt aber die weitere Kommunikation erfolgt wieder auf Französisch. Beim Bad sollte eine Renovierung in Betracht gezogen werden. Die Dusche ist nicht mehr wirklich tragbar. Das restliche Haus war sehr sauber und hat den Charme eines kleinen alten Bauernhauses, sehr hübsch. Der Garten ist zwar eingezäunt aber leider gibt es eine Lücke im Zaun, die unser Hund natürlich gefunden und dann mal kurz die Nachbargrundstücke erkundet hat. Aber die Nachbarschaft ist sehr freundlich.

Points négatifs : Chauffage en panne, fuites à la douche et sous évier, pas d'accessibilité aux chaînes de télé, humidité dans toute la maison. Chaises de salle qui se deboitent.Pas d'entretien de l'extérieur (herbes hautes partout), salon de jardin rouillé. Certains lit lits non confortables.Points positifs : communication avec le propriétaire qui nous a amené un chauffage d'appoint. Cuisine bien aménagée. Proche plage.

Het is een oud pand, maar alles wat nodig is er, goede bedden en alles keurig schoon, heerlijk rustig gelegen, loofafstand naar de stranen van Utah Beach.
