That, with an open window tends to keep the room cool at night. The guest bedroom offers a comfortable queen-sized bed and a window AC.

**Banyan Tree 200 is a split level condo. While it requires no stairs to get from the condo to the unit, there are 2 steps with handrail between the kitchen/hall into the living room.
