A delightful family friendly 4-bedroom,3-bathroom condo minutes from sandy beaches and stunning views. Enjoy our peaceful second floor condo with no overhead disturbance. Parking is available right in front of our condo. This spacious condo is equipped with two master suites, two twin bedrooms, and two balconies with spectacular views perfect for family gatherings. Enjoy either the sunrise or sunset from your private patio while enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktail. This getaway is the ideal location for golf pros, tennis aficionados and beach lovers alike. With award winning golf courses, tennis courts, and walking distance to beautiful beaches. Pawleys Island is a paradise for golfer's and beach-lover's with 23 golf courses in the area. The areas include an award-winning Tradition Golf Course which is nearby. When renting our condo you are granted the rights to the prestigious resort, Litchfield by the Sea. included amenities are wide beaches, large parking lot, decks overlooking the ocean, tennis courts and bathrooms.

Close vicinity of small town with a variety of restaurant options, shops, and a grocery store. Ranging from pizza to seafood to southern favorites.

Just a few miles up the highway is Brookgreen Gardens and Huntington Beach State Park. Being a short 19 miles from Myrtle Beach or 70 miles from Charleston you’re able to make lifelong memories with your family.

Great location, closer to all the South courses and many restaurants. Perfect if you have a group of golfers or a couple of families. The house has a very functional layout and all the accessories you need. Highly recommended, will definitely consider going back.

We loved the spaciousness! There were 7 of us and loved there was seating for all plus 8 dining chairs. Would have loved a big cooking pot with a group our size so we borrowed one from another family staying close by. Kitchen was spacious. Only one towel per person and would have been nice to have extra towels. Fan on porch was broken and so it was too hot to be outside without one. Other than that we enjoyed everything! Pass to Litchfield-by-the-Sea was awesome! Would recommend staying here! Beds were comfy!

Wonderful reunion of longtime friends

Six women friends spent five days in this wonderful condo. It was perfect for us - convenient to wonderful restaurants (Rustic Table, Chive Blossom and Franks), shops, the beach and Brookgreen Gardens. We exchanged several messages with Dwight and he answered promptly and satisfactorily. The queen beds were very comfortable - the singles less so (these could be upgraded for adult visitors). The area was very quiet and we enjoyed sitting on the decks. Would definitely recommend a stay here.
