Comfortable house, wonderful screened in porch for morning coffee, or evening cocktails, all new flooring throughout, plenty of closets and storage, separate laundry room , two bedrooms with new queen beds, driveway parking, quiet neighborhood, clubhouse with heated pool, Billiard room and shuffle board, public transportation is a block away, all the convinces are nearby, multiple beaches on Anna Maria island within 20 minutes.
