Very charming and comfortable villa in Provencal style on 3. 500 m2 of green land in a quiet, rural setting in the green Provence, 5 minutes from Cotignac, with a well-kept pool in the sunshine (with child protection) and a practical pool house with covered terrace ( there sleeping and cooking facilities with fridge, freezer, gas grill, patio furniture, fitness equipment). Non smoking domicile, very child friendly, no pets. Large, playful grounds with pines, oaks, olive trees and of course a lot of lavender, to play (exclusive boules court, table tennis, large trampoline, tents for youngsters and children possible) and more. Located 55km from the Mediterranean Sea, 35km from Verdon Gorge, 8km from famous waterfalls in Sillance-la-Cascade. Countless sights in the area (pilgrimage church, monasteries, medieval towns). Great opportunities for: golf, hiking, biking, canoeing, quad, horse riding ... Equipment Villa - Ground floor: dining room with view to the pool, living room, spacious kitchen with all appliances and door to the south terrace (patio furniture), 1 bedroom (double bed, single bed), bath, separate toilet, hallway (washing machine, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, cleaning utensils) , About wooden staircase the floor: cozy gallery with leather sofa bed, 2 smaller with 2 beds and 1 larger bedroom (gr. Very beautiful house, lots of space for everyone inside and outside in the garden. Very calm and quiet arrier. Several places where you Can dine, at the poolhouse, in the shadow outside, on the terrasse, inside. The pool is Nice, the petanque lane as Well. We loves everything about the house and our stay. Wunderbare Provence

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Haus von Sebastien und Elena sehr genossen. Zwei Punkte sind uns besonders positiv aufgefallen: Erstens war alles sehr, sehr sauber und zweitens ist das Haus (insbesondere die Küche) perfekt ausgerüstet. Hinzu kommen die tolle Umgebung mit dem sehr schönen Dorf Cotignac sowie der Boules Platz, der Pool, und und und...Wir können einen Aufenthalt in der Villa Lou Cigalou uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique dans la villa. Les contacts avec le propriétaire sont excellents, Sébastien est très réactif et très sympathique. Niveau équipement nous n’avons manqué de rien si ce n’est de ventilateurs en effet deux c’est un peu peu par ces chaleurs. La piscine est parfaite et assez grande pour 8 personnes. Le pool House et sa terrasse couverte juste extraordinaire, nous y avons pris tous nos repas. Nous soulignerons également le calme et l’emplacement de la villa. On y retournera avec énormément de plaisir.

Perfekte Unterkunft

An diesem Ferienhaus gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Angefangen bei den Vermietern, die auch noch umfangreiche Ausflugstipps geben, immer ansprechbar sind und sofort reagieren. Das hat mich schon sehr beeindruckt. Vielen Dank dafür. Das Haus liegt wunderschön, ruhig und bietet ausreichend Platz. Es fehlt an nichts. Der Pool liegt schön auf dem riesigen Grundstück und ist sehr gepflegt. Das Poolhaus mit dem Vordach ist der ideale Platz für’s Essen. Der Gasgrill ist sehr sauber. Die Boulebahn fügt sich super ein und gerade am Abend kann man dort mit den Kindern wunderbar spielen. Ein kleiner Supermarkt liegt fußläufig entfernt. Dieses Ferienhaus kann ich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würde dort auch wieder hinfahren, wenn uns der Urlaub nochmal in diese Region verschlägt. Volle Punktzahl!

Agréable séjour dans une maison authentique typique de la Provence et à 5 min de Cotignac qui est tout aussi charmant par son authenticité. Excellent séjour au calme

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle propriété à Cotignac. Le propriétaire est très sympathique, à l’écoute et réactif, il nous a donné de précieux conseils sur la maison et les activités à proximité. La maison est propre et de tout confort (électroménager, ustensiles de cuisine, vaisselle, etc…). Les enfants ont particulièrement apprécié le trampoline et la piscine ainsi que le vaste jardin. En résumé, c’était un séjour très agréable et reposant dans une jolie région.

Hallo , es war eine super Villa mit einem riesegen Terrain und mit schönem Pool und sogar Pool Haus . Es war perfekt für die Kinder aber auch für die Erwachsenen. Man liegt einfach nur genial man kann viele Sachen unternehmen viele schöne Dörfer Restaurants Cafés Aktivitäten . Nur zu empfehlen . Verdiente 5 Sterne

Fantastic holiday in a fantastic house!

We stayed two families with teenagers in Cotignac for one week. It was a heatrecord week with 40 deg so the poolarea were really appreciated. In the area you can find really something for everyone. Sports with hiking and amazing views in Verdon, vineyards, beautiful small villages with lovely shops and not by least all types of restaurants. Within in 1 to 1,5 hour drive you can also visit all more famous places like Nice, St Tropes and Marseille. Cotignac is a lovely village and we appreciate that it is not only a touristplace. The house is really as lovely as the pictures shows and in a very calm area. In the mornings we walked to the village and the bakery for croissants, about 30 min morning exercise, but you can be lazy and take Spar 5 minutes away. Spar is a very well equipped little Supermarket. We spent the evenings playing table tennis and relaxing with good barbecue. The house is very well equipped and Sébastien and Éléna are the best hosts. Easy and fast to communicate with and they really assists us with everything we needed. We really hope that we will come back soon!

Lovely spacious villa

Fantastic choice for 2 families. We had a great time and there were loads of things to keep the kids entertained. Everything was clean and smart and comfortable and the kitchen was really well equipped. Mosquito nets on the windows would have been an improvement as we were bitten relentlessly at night and it was too hot to sleep with windows closed. We missed the small print about an additional 150 euro cash payment for cleaning so that was an unpleasant surprise.

Fantastic villa in lovely location

We were a party of 6 adults and 3 children who stayed in this lovely home in July. We had a great week lounging by the pool, using the new barbecue, relaxing in the wonderful cool house, cooking in the well equipped kitchen and enjoying the petanque and table tennis. The villa had plenty of space with four bedrooms and even the poolhouse has a bed if required. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. The location for us was perfect, a quiet 5-10 min stroll to the well stocked Spar, or an evening walk down vineyard lanes, or a 25 min walk into town. Elena communicated with us frequently with great advice and suggestions. We had wonderful days swimming in the Verdon Gorge and Sillans-la-Cascade. The kayaking at 'new evasion provence canoe' was great as well as the cotignac and salernes markets. Dinner under the tree at Le Temps de Pose was one of our favourites. Happy memories.
