Enjoy the resort-style amenities of 1800 Atlantic Condominiums. 1800 Atlantic sits on 400 feet of oceanfront property. An expansive pool and spa sits oceanside surrounded by a lushly landscaped garden of native Key West plants and trees. Plan a picnic or barbeque in the shade of this beautiful garden.

The property features a 70 ft pool fronting the Atlantic Ocean. A 12-person jacuzzi awaits. A courtyard changing room sauna is yours to enjoy. There is a Fitness Room, large picnic and barbecue area surrounded by the tropical gardens.

One clay and two hard court lighted tennis courts are yours to enjoy at no additional cost. The largest beach in Key West, Smather's Beach, is adjacent to this condominium complex, offering white sand, palm trees, lounge chair and umbrella rentals, volleyball nets, sailboat rentals, and parasailing. An extensive leisure trail for walking, jogging, and bike riding fronts this beach.

Old Town, Key West's hub of shopping, dining, live entertainment, art galleries, and sightseeing, is just one-and-one-half miles away. Here you will enjoy all that ''downtown Key West'' has to offer, but will greatly appreciate coming back to your peaceful surroundings at the end of the day (or night!) to recharge. Parking for one vehicle in reserved space in the gated garage is also included. There is elevator access.

While at Vista Fresco, enjoy relaxing on your balcony while gazing through the vegetation toward the ocean beyond in these nicely appointed condominiums.
The large living area, dining area and eat-in kitchen add to your comfort in your home away from home. The main suite of the two bedroom units features a large walk-in shower. Central a/c, cable TV, VCR and full-size washer/dryer round out the amenities of all the units.

We enjoyed our stay overall and found the condo to be exactly as pictured. The location was excellent, with convenient access to both the pool and the beach. The pool was clean as well as many tables and chairs available to enjoy the pool environment. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and the air conditioning worked very well, which was especially appreciated in the Key West heat.The only significant drawback was the beds. Unfortunately, both the king bed and the twin beds were quite uncomfortable, and none of us slept well during our stay. For a short stay of a few nights, this might not be a major issue, but after seven nights it became increasingly noticeable. Given the price of the rental, we would have expected more comfortable sleeping accommodations.That said, the cleanliness, location, and amenities made for an enjoyable vacation, and with improved mattresses, this would be an easy five-star stay.

Great spot

Great rental, we stayed with our two kids (4 and 6), check in was easy and the property was as described. The pool was perfect and we were a quick drive to all the restaurants and attractions. We had everything we needed and the covered parking was a bonus!

We loved our stay at Vista Fresco.

The condo was clean and well appointed. Close to the beach and the pool area was great. This was our first visit to Key West and getting around the island is really easy, we rented a car however you could, walk ride bikes or rent a golf cart for the week. We highly recommend this location.

Great vacation

The property was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed - even food storage containers for left overs! We spent lots of time on the balcony and the pool was so close to this condo. The library and exercise room were a plus.

Amazing Condo with Nearby Beach Access

This property is beautiful! The outside areas, such as the pool and hot tub, are much nicer than most places I have stayed in the past. And the 'green' area in the outdoor common area is just absolutely gorgeous! The condo itself was very large and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was also very nice that all of the rooms had direct access to the balcony. Our family really enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and the close access to Smathers Beach. We will be back!!

Great getaway

Our family of four enjoyed our stay here. Responsiveness was exceptional - even on a holiday. The condo had everything we needed. Smathers Beach is a quick, easy walk from the property, and we made good use of the on-site tennis courts. We'd definitely stay here again.
