Recently remodeled - Walking distance to the Beach - Pet friendly STR22-00196

Beautiful 3 bed, 2 bath home just a short walk from the beach. Perfect location for a relaxing stay or for some great family adventures.
The fully fenced in yard provides a safe location for kids to play as well as a place for small dogs. The home sleeps eight people comfortably and includes an upper deck with seating perfect to watch the beautiful sunrise or drink you preferred cocktail while hearing the waves at the evening.
Walking distance from several Convenience Stores and Restaurants. Just 15 minutes from all of the Galveston Attractions, but none of the crowds.

Note that the downstairs room is not connected to the upstairs from the interior so it is not suitable for unattended young children to stay.

EV-Charging / RV hookup with 50 amp service is available (restrictions apply, additional fee for RV)

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
- Start the dishwasher with any dirty dishes. - Leave bed linens on the beds and towels in the restroom. - Set the thermostat to 76 degrees.
Place all trash in the provided black bags and put them in the outside containers. Please avoid using clear/white bags
Lock the door by pressing "Enter" on the keypad. Your code will expire at 11:00 AM.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The maximum number of guests permitted at any time is 8. A fee of $50 per day per guest will be assessed for any violation of this occupancy limit.

Wedding weekend

We had a family wedding on Jamaica Beach, so wanted something to sleep several people and convenient to the rest of the family. This home is very nice and only four of us stayed, but it was just the right size. Alejandro was very helpful as we had never rented a home before. Clean and everything we needed!

Super place

This house was just what we needed. The downstairs bedroom is quiet and private for older folks, with a sink and shower and toilet. The washer and dryer downstairs are top of the line and so nice to have with a big group of people. The outdoor shower is great for getting sand off before you come in. There is a grill and picnic table and beautiful back yard. Maybe the best thing about this house is it’s proximity to the beach and the community pool. Just a couple of minutes drive to both. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels and a beautiful porch. This may be our annual go-to place.

Amazing house, location, amenities and communication

We stayed at this property for almost 2 weeks. The owner was available and kept open communication throughout our stay. The property was nicely updated. The yard was wonderful for our dog. The location is perfect, just a couple blocks from the beach and the park/pool. This year was the first time we chose to rent a house as opposed to a hotel and we will do it every year. We were so pleased, we will gladly rent this property again and recommend!
