Beach view partially blocked but it’s not a front row home. Beautiful house . Would book it again. Happy with the property over all . Made celebrating my wife’s birthday very special! Thank you for the great (albeit short ) weekend! Would be nice to have a 11 am check out vs 10 am

Excellent value, dog friendly!! Some key things for future travelers:1. Second row beach house, but has direct walking path access to beach and has a direct beach view between two of the houses. Also just a few feet from drive-on access. GREAT location. 2. Fully fenced yard, suitable for smaller breeds (15lbs). This feature should be highlighted for small kids and dogs!! Grass had minimal stickers and no prior mess from other pets. Upper deck does not have tight posts for small breeds, most beach houses do not. 3. Clean and comfortable. But the 10am checkout time is rough, every review mentions it yet it doesn’t appear the owners have any intent on changing it due to rapid turnover. We immediately emailed and asked for a later time but the request was denied. Made us concerned about cleanliness due to the turnover rate, but the home was in excellent shape and smelled clean! 4. Hardly any amenities. Lots of cookware though! They do warn about this to be fair, but I’m used to properties having a lot more than stated. No beach towels, no wagon, no umbrellas. This was a first for us. Bring your beach supplies, games, salt and pepper, etc. 5. Comfortable beds and lots of extra bedding/blankets. 6. Sunroom should be a deck. Holy cow it was hot and it smelled, we were thankful it didn’t leak into the master bedroom. Overall fantastic stay especially for the price!! Can’t beat it and again, the fenced yard was awesome. We would definitely book again!

Wonderful Weekend!

This home is beautiful and very comfortable! The kitchen comes with everything you need. Beautiful view of the beach that is very close! We all had a Wonderful stay. We will definitely be back! Things to consider: Check out is 10:00 am. This was a little irritating. I have never stayed at a place with a 10:00 a. Checkout! You may want to pack your own: Only 1 trash bag, 2 rolls toilet paper and paper towels. I set of towels I’m master bathroom.

Great location

Great location with good views. Easy to get to the beach. Not crowded and no vehicles allowed on the beach. The house was ready for us with A/C running, fans on. Clean and newer appliances. Mayer bed was comfortable. We tried the main floor bed not as comfortable. Main gate had an issue and maintenance came within hours and fixed it. The only thing I didn’t care for is o sent messages thru Vrbo inbox and I never got a message back expect the automatic that message was sent to proper people. I kept asking about late check out and no one responded. All I wanted was a response and hopefully an 11 am check out. Their 10 am check out is little early. But over all property was great. I do recommended.

It was just ok

This place wasn’t the worst of places, however, it was also definitely not a nice place either. The pictures make it look nice but it’s very used and run down. The cleaning done prior to us arriving there is very basic and we spent the first 4 hours really cleaning the place well when we arrived. The smell inside was awful from the moment we walked in and we had to the air the place while we thoroughly disinfected everything. The light switches were almost black they were so filthy and were clearly never wiped down. The walls and doors had nasty who-knows-what all over them. The beds and furniture smelled very dusty. The rocking chair in the living room was grossly stained all over to the point that we only sat on it while it was covered with a blanket and the couches were dirty and smelled bad as well. The outside patio chairs and picnic tables were covered in a black film and we had to heavily clean all of it before using it. Basically everything needed to be cleaned before used. Also the “sunroom” labeled as a bedroom in the ad was not usable. There is a smell in that room that is so horrid, my husband couldn't even tolerate sleeping in the room it was attached to (which is the master bedroom) and he ended up sleeping on the couch. It really was that awful. In addition the rental company only provides one roll of cheap paper towels, two rolls of cheap toilet paper, and one kitchen towel, so it’s very inconvenient (and strange) to have to bring your own. Also, there is no beach equipment at all. Our other family members that rented a place nearby had all kinds of beach equipment including beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas which we did not have. The conveniences of this place are the location right on the beach, the kitchen is very well stocked, the place is nicely decorated and very spacious, the bunk room was a hit with our little ones and their cousins, and the outside shower is incredibly convenient when you have little ones to clean off after the beach. There’s also good parking space provided. I don’t think we got what we paid for, but in all fairness, it was cheaper than some of the surrounding options. Also, the rental company is very responsive and available everyday even weekends, so that was nice.

We enjoyed staying a few feet from the Gulf and had a beautiful view of the beach. Lots of room for family to stay. The condo was stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen to entertain. We created wonderful memories on the deck and walking on the beach.
