This 1925 gem was lovingly renovated in 2013 to preserve its heritage while upgraded with modern amenities. Tenants will enjoy 2,400 square feet of an independent apartment on the second story of a classic brick home located in the heart of Cherokee Park. The unit is comprised of one spacious master suite and two additional bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen with eat-in breakfast space, dining room, a generously sized living room and sunroom overlooking green space.
