BEAUTIFUL Home in SW Richmond<br>3 BED 2 FULL BATH<br>

Beautiful home located in southwest Richmond. Located south of the river and roughly a 10 minute drive to downtown.
We love getting food on Main Street, Cary street, or Broad street- with several other great restaurant and bars to choose from. Let us know if you need any suggestions!

**Well behaved pets allowed with $60 pet fee**
**We currently live in this home. However, we rent the entire home when we are out of town for work, vacation, etc.**

The house will be clean spotless upon arrival. However, some personal items will still remain in the rooms as we are still living in this home. We can supply towels upon request, however please bring your own sheets for the beds (King & full).
Please respect any personal items left in the home.

*ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKERS/ SMOKING ALLOWED*

Stay for Work

Stayed here for work and it was perfect me. The owner is very responsive and answers questions quickly. Home is clean and you have everything you need to have a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend for a couple or small family if traveling through the Richmond area.

Home away from home

This was a perfect getaway for our family. We had everything we needed to be comfortable. Close to what we needed and the best part our pup was also welcome. We would definitely stay here again.
