Seven nights is minimum. We try to avoid having empty nights, so we accept booking dates in these conditions:

Your dates have to be settled in a way where we can avoid having few empty nights (less than seven) before your arrival and few empty nights (less than seven) after your arrival. Your booking (check-in date) has to start on the day of the departure of the previouse booking and/or it has to end (check-out date) on the day of the arrival of the next booking.

Villa contains three apartments and one vast unit on the ground floor, where there's pool situated also. Total 340 m2. Property offers comfortable and contemporary accommodation units for 10-12 people, has private heated pool (24/7) of 30 m2, several terraces, three kitchens, six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, closed garage (120 m2), BBQ and provides you with a full privacy. Magnificent sea view from the terrace is something not to be missed.

Each bedroom and unit has air conditioning system, satellite TV and Wi-Fi.

All accommodation units are equipped with safe, washing machine. Free (four) bicycles and free (two) Segway F3 electric scooter.
