Single-family house "Aurora". 2.8 km from the centre of Kaštel Stari, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 2.3 km from the sea, 2.3 km from the beach. Private: property 2'500 m2 (fenced), lawn, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, basketball, terrace (70 m2), garden furniture, barbecue house, children's playground (slide, swing). In the house: internet access, table tennis, billiard table, table football, trampoline, washing machine. Available: bicycles (4), children's bicycles (2). Roofed, parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 500 m, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 450 m, pebble beach 2.3 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: 1st floor is closed and not occupied. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Private: minigolf.

Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC, bath/shower/bidet/WC. Terrace 30 m2 partly roofed, terrace 40 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (6). Distant view of the sea. Facilities: baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free).

Super Haus und toller Gastgeber

Wir haben wunderschöne Tage in diesem Haus verbracht. Besonders toll war der große Pool, der jeden Morgen vom Hauseigentümer gereinigt wurde während wir noch schliefen. Das Extra Spielzimmer mit Billard, Kicker, Dart und Trainingsgeräten bot Spaß und Abwechslung für die ganze Familie, ebenso wir der Basketballkorb und die Tischtennisplatte. Der Gastgeber und sein Neffe waren die nettesten und zuvorkommendsten Gastgeber die man sich vorstellen kann. Vielen lieben Dank für alles!

Perfekte Location

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeber waren stets bemüht und sehr aufmerksam. Es fehlte an nichts im Haus. Der perfekte Platz für einen schönen Urlaub!

Tolles Haus

Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen , sehr sauber, mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet und ein Paradies für Kinder mit dem separaten Spielezimmer. Der Vermieter wohnt nebenan, ist super nett und kümmert sich sehr diskret um alles, wie z.B tägliche Poolpflege morgens während man schläft.

Eine sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit allen drum und dran. Super Ausstattung. Nette Gastgeber... Super war der der Pool, der Spiel /Fitness Raum, die Dachterrasse mit Super Ausblick. Für Familien oder auch 2 Paare ;-) super

Das perfekte Ferienhaus

Ein super Ferienhaus mit sehr nettem Vermieter der direkt daneben wohnt. Haus mit Klimaanlage was perfekt bei den Temperaturen war. Die Einrichtung war alles im Detail aufeinander abgestimmt. Sehr hochwertig für ein Ferienhaus. Der Kinderspielplatz, Das Fußballfeld mit Basketballkorb, die Tischtennisplatte und das Billardzimmer mit Dart, Tischkicker und Fitnessgeräten waren ein Traum. Alles sehr entspannt und easy beim Check in und Check out. Blick aufs ca 5 km entfernte Meer inklusive.

Le paradis! Idéal avec des enfants.

Cette maison offre tout le confort nécessaire pour passer des vacances tranquilles. La piscine, le terrain de foot, de basket ainsi que la salle de jeux sont le repère idéal pour que petits et grands prennent du bon temps. La situation géographique est parfaite : entre Split et Trogir; non loin de commerces. Notre hôte s'est montré très disponible et empathique. Suite à notre demande, il nous a mis un disposition un transat pour notre bébé de 3 mois. Bref, que dire de plus à part recommander sans hésiter!

Vacances au top entre amis !

1er sejour en Croatie entre potes. Le choix s'est porté sur cette villa de part sa situation geographique et les services qu'offraient la maison. Nous n avons pas été déçu. Proximité de Split des différents commerces et de la plage. Notre hôte fort sympathique a été ultra disponible pour notre arrivée et pendant la durée du séjour. Des vacances au top entre piscine sport. La maison est propre. Rien à dire. Super

Schön gelegenes Haus mit wunderbarer Aussicht auf Kastela und das Meer. Sehr freundliche Besitzer, die sich diskret aber sehr gut um alles kümmern
