About this property

The Wilshire in Scottsdale, Az., is located in a quiet neighborhood where you can expect to see people walking their dogs & riding bikes. You can go for a walk, relax in the Jacuzzi, get a massage in our massage chair after a day of golf, shopping or a long day at work. Or, you may want to chill out under our large spacious patio while you grill your favorite meal. The Wilshire is just a few miles from beautiful Old Town Scottsdale where you can enjoy great shopping & fine dining at some of Scottsdale's best restaurants and clubs. For the sports enthusiast we are just a few miles from Scottsdale Stadium & Diablo Stadium as well as major freeways making it easy to get to all the professional sports stadiums around the Valley.

There are 2 master bedrooms with their own bathroom. Master #1 has a queen murphy bed, a designated workspace, a printer, walk in closet, and full bath with shower/tub. The murphy bed can be lifted into a wall unit & the space can be converted into a full office. Master #2 has a king bed and three quarter bath with walk in shower. The 3rd bedroom has a king bed, large closet and its bathroom is directly across the hallway with a shower/tub. Everyone can have their own privacy. The sofa in the family room is also a queen sleeper for guests. Each bedroom and the family room has its own TV.
The Wilshire has a separate living room, family room, dining room, a spacious patio and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a nice meal.

Winter Getaway to Scottsdale

I cannot recommend this property enough! We actually booked last minute due to being very disappointed in the place we rented originally and Krista got us in right away. The place was immaculate and had everything you could think of; spices, condiments, towels, ziplock bags, a fresh lemon tree, the list goes on! Everything was in good working order and Krista was very responsive to any questions. The place was perfect for us as a couple, but would also be a great place bring a big family. There are two family rooms and lots of seating inside and outside complete with a beautiful yard and a hot tub. Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

The Wilshire belongs to my sweet mother-in-law who is now 90 years old and in a group home. I manage it for her & use the income to pay for her care. I grew up in northern Arizona and am a licensed real estate agent with Realty Executives. I enjoy renovating homes with my husband of 35 years. I also stay busy as an assistant florist with our second daughter. We own "Fig and Poppy Florals" and do weddings and special events. I love and enjoy all things furry with paws and so you are welcome to bring your pup. My best days always begin with an awesome phone call from my greatly missed granddaughter, Ruby and my grandson, Grayson. They all live in Iowa City, IA. My oldest daughter is a critical care nurse and my son-in-law is a dentist. My other son-in-law is a proud ex-Marine and my other daughter is the florist. Why they chose this property

I have fond memories of this neighborhood. I have spent many, many holidays here, in this very house. The kids learned how to swim in the jacuzzi, had picnics on the patio, delicious meals and watching football in the family room. The neighbors are like family and have been in their homes for 30+ years. It's a great place to take the kids and dogs on an evening walk.

What makes this property unique

The house in conveniently located to freeways so that you can get to where you are going fairly easily. It's also close to shopping, dining, & entertainment. It's located in Scottsdale but in the southern part which makes it much more affordable but with all the benefits that come with Scottsdale!!
