Oceanfront estate with over an acre of direct oceanfront on Grand Beach in Scarborough. 5,600 square foot home with Ten bedrooms, five & half baths, sleeps 22 comfortably. With over an acre of land and a private pool, you can feel secluded if you want. Large living room with floor-to-ceiling fireplace and a wall of glass facing the ocean. The gourmet kitchen with commercial appliances opens to the living room and has room for eight at the counter bar. The formal dining room faces the ocean and sits ten to twelve. The game room has a full bar, pool table, foosball, big screen TV, and plenty of comfortable furniture to spread out on. Outside is well landscaped with a 20x40 heated in-ground swimming pool (Open Early May-Oct), with an outdoor shower, a six-person hot tub, a large lawn, and a private path to the beach. Separate sandy playground for kids. The decks and pool area have three large teak tables for outdoor dining and plenty of lounge chairs at the pool.

We rent for seven days, Saturday to Saturday, from June through August.
We only allow up to twenty-four people at the property, and they must be the renters at the house.
