This magnificent oceanfront home is situated at the Estates at Bay View, an exclusive, gated private development, located on Bay View Beach. The house is located on the oceanfront lot, so nothing can obstruct your 180-degree views spanning the 7-mile beach, from Pine Point, Old Orchard Beach, Ocean Park, Kinney Shores, to Camp Ellis and Wood Island Lighthouse - the views are just stunning!
