Terrace apartment+ possibility of garage(2 to 3 people)

Nice pied-à-terre, well located, close to all shops and especially above the Carrefour Market; 30 minutes walk from the beach at the Negresco! Extras: a small garage for the car, a kitchen and two rooms that give access to the large terrace extended by a small garden itself delimited by a rock wall. The sun is only present at the zenith which keeps the apartment cool! Although it is in a building, you can hardly hear the sounds of the city but the singing of the birds! Very nice for breakfast!

Sehr ruhig und uneinsichtig. Direkt im Wohnblock eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit - das war sehr gut. Die Terrasse war bei der Hitze super, die Betten sehr gut, selbst die ausziehbare Couch. Ein paar Küchenutensilien (Dosenöffner, Korkenzieher etc.) wären für die Selbstverpflegung gut gewesen - oder ich habe sie einfach nur nicht gefunden... Wir konnten die Garage wegen der Größe des Autos nicht nutzen kann, haben aber immer noch einen Parkplatz auf der Straße gefunden.

Logement à l'aménagement un peu (trop) spartiate, mais très propre, plutôt functionnel, extrêmement calme et idéalement placé. Propriétaire courtois et très réactif en cas de besoin. Très bonne expérience d'ensemble.
