It's just down the road from the shops and restaurants in Ogunquit and a short stroll across a cute manual drawbridge to Perkins Cove. Inside, you've got air conditioning, a fully stocked kitchen, and a comfy spot to chill after a day of exploring. Fire up the grill out front, hang out on the deck, and enjoy the peaceful vibes. There's also a washer and dryer in the common area to keep things easy. Just a heads up—no smoking, propane refills for the grill aren't provided, and the fireplace is for decoration only. Linens are included, so you can pack light and get ready for a great Maine getaway!

Perkins Cove Cottage

Cottage was clean and had everything we needed. Location was great, easy walk to Perkins Cove and Marginal Way. A map was provided to aid in parking, directions throughout the house to help with basic operations. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

Ocean view cottage

Beautiful and convenient location . Spectacular ocean and boating views. Close to scenic Perkins cove. Restaurants and marginal way. Cottage was gorgeous inside . Lots of light and windows. Hard to beat this place.

Beautiful view, great location

Overall, our stay was fantastic. Beautiful view, bright and sunny apartment and great location. My only complaint was that the hot water ran out much quicker than we expected. We take quick showers but it ran cold within 10 minutes. Other than that we loved our stay and will be back!

Great condo, perfect location

We liked this place a lot and would definitely return again. It was clean and well maintained and comfortable. The location is wonderful, just a short walk to perkins cove. Things to know: 1. the bedroom is in an upstairs loft area that isn't closed off from below so if one of you gets up much earlier than the other the sleeping one will hear you downstairs in the kitchen etc. 2. There is a water view from the deck and first floor but it's a very small sliver between buildings. The upstairs has a bit more water view but not much seating to enjoy it. 3. You'll have to bring your own towells and sheets.
