We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit. The host was very helpful and available as needed. The apartment was nicely decorated and very clean. Everything we needed was within walking distance. Coconut Grove never disappoints.

Very well located on Cocunut Grove. from 1/2 block to 2 blocks there was good dining and shopping and less than a block to a nick park and walking/riding trail on the water. Downtown Miami just a short 10 minute drive. Adjacent covered parking with some security. The pull out sofa bed frame was a little bent and could use a look. We were there doing a college tour for our daughter so this location gave us a great little area we could explore and otherwise would have missed, which would have been regrettable. Having Inside laundry was great to refresh the wardrobe from the warm, humid client. Overall recommend and a good location for jumping off to various areas of interest.

Overall great location, host communication fantastic! Elevators were an issue, parking a bit tricky also. Cleaning crew can use more detail in the Kitchen, overall a great time!!
